Despite its market leadership, Atlas Copco’s Portable Air division faced a visibility challenge. Customers did not fully recognise the breadth of its portable air treatment portfolio, leading them to combine solutions from multiple suppliers.
At the same time, digital discoverability was limited due to internal competition for keywords with a sister business unit. As a result, consolidation opportunities were missed — not because of product performance, but because the portfolio story was not clear or easy to find.
