The challenge

Introduce a new Electronic Patient Record system to stakeholders ranging from NHS trust CEOs to hospital clinicians. Communicate quickly and consistently using offline and online channels, and support sales force with tailored messaging and suite of tools developed for the different types of stakeholders.

Living Stone developed a detailed launch strategy with a strong focus on sales enablement.

To kick off the project, Living Stone created a Messaging House containing all information and messaging on ORBIS U, to support sales conversations and ensure a unified voice and consistency across all audiences and tools.

Video marketing

A teaser video was developed, for use online and at events, to spark interest in the new EPR. The video had to resemble ORBIS U in key messaging and in visual style.

A specific patient pathway throughout ORBIS

Detailed video use cases and medical pathway demos were created to allow audiences to dive deeper into the capabilities of ORBIS U. Delivered screen recordings were edited into an accessible demo video complemented by a professional voice-over.

Reference marketing

Living Stone created a thought leadership paper to showcase the ORBIS experts and their knowledge, highlighting the fact that ORBIS U is an EPR designed by and for clinicians. Existing customer experience cases from other countries were referenced to underscore Dedalus’ global experience in EPRs.

Content Marketing

A microsite was developed for ORBIS U, and a content strategy was created, featuring blogging, eflashes and ongoing social media campaigns.
