We are looking for a creative project manager with marketing and brand experience to build strong B2B campaigns. You will strengthen our core team in a permanent position.
Your role
Once a commercial agreement has been signed, you take ownership of the project. From that moment on, you are responsible for the concrete execution: a clear plan, realistic timelines, clear agreements, and solid follow-up. You ensure that what has been sold is effectively delivered. 🎯
As a project manager, you are the central point of contact for both the client and the internal team, maintaining oversight from start to finish.
What you will do
Project handover and structuring 🤝
You take over the project from business development, including scope and context. You translate this into a clear and feasible project plan, defining the approach, timeline, and involved stakeholders.
Refining briefings 🔍
You critically analyse briefings and ask targeted questions when objectives or expectations are unclear. This ensures clarity, both internally and externally.
Planning and follow-up 📅
You create project schedules, monitor deadlines, and align tasks with the team, taking realistic workloads into account.
Client communication ☎️
You are the client’s main point of contact. You proactively keep them informed about progress, discuss changes, and communicate transparently about possibilities and limitations.
Content review 🙏
You don’t need to be a specialist in copy or design, but you can assess whether a message is clear and relevant for the target audience (such as doctors, engineers, or decision-makers). You provide guidance when needed.
Managing complexity 💡
When priorities shift, additional stakeholders come on board, or unexpected questions arise, you maintain oversight and determine the next steps together with the team.
Who you are
- You have experience as a project manager within marketing or communication (either at an agency or client-side).
- You feel at home in a B2B environment and are genuinely interested in sectors such as healthcare, technology, and industry.
- You are a strong listener who can structure information and translate it into concrete action points.
- You work in an organised way and value clear planning and follow-up.
- You are comfortable asking critical questions and actively contributing, even when that means challenging existing assumptions.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
- You are familiar with digital tools and are open to using AI where relevant.
- You preferably hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a similar field. Practical experience and ownership are at least as important to us.
