The challenge

Create a strong new umbrella brand for the new entity resulting from the merger of five individual organizations consisting of seven residential centers spread across West and East Flanders. Without losing the individuality and appreciation of the original institutions. Communicate the new identity both internally and externally.

Strategic Advice

Living Stone held a series of listening sessions with key people inside and outside the organization. The goal was to survey perceptions of existing entities.

Branding, logo, strapline, visual identity

The new logo was designed in a perfectly balanced color combination consisting of soft, calm shades of orange (balance, striving for joy in life) and blue (confidence, clear communication and reliability).

Living Stone built a positive narrative centered on the new group’s ambitions.
