The challenge

Employer branding for Soprema, an international player in waterproofing, roofing and insulation. The challenge: Position the company as an attractive employer with a fun corporate environment, to boost recruitment of new employees.

Getting to know the employees

Living Stone interviewed several current employees about their experiences at Soprema. The interviews were then compiled into fun articles and quotes for use on the company’s job page.

The faces of Soprema

To really put a face to the company, employees were photographed in their day-to-day environments. The result is a fascinating series of photographs and portraits of different people and varied positions within Soprema.

Social media campaign

Interviews, photos and other content were strategically scheduled and published on social media.

By using a series of short videos and testimonials, potential employees learn more about what it’s like to work at Soprema, and get a “sneak peak” at what it’s like behind the scenes, boosting interest (and applications).
